Collection from our warehouse in Enfield (EN3) may be possible. Please contact us to arrange this.


Delivery Policy


Minimum Order Requirement


  • All orders must meet a minimum order value of £250 (excluding VAT).


Delivery Charges


  • Orders above £500 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery within the UK Mainland.
  • Orders below £500 (excluding VAT) will incur a delivery charge of £55 per pallet within the UK Mainland.


Shipping and Delivery


  • We dispatch all shipments using third-party logistics. All orders will be delivered on pallets only.
  • If the delivery is missed, the liability of any additional charges will be passed to the buyer.


Delivery Timeframe


  • We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days for UK Mainland deliveries. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, this may not always be possible.
  • While we take every care to ensure timely delivery, we do not accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately.


Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations


Order Cancellation


  • If you change your mind about an order, you have the right to cancel it before dispatch. The responsibility for cancellation remains with you until we have been informed.
  • If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, additional charges will be applied to the buyer. A refund will be processed once the goods are returned to us in an undamaged, unused, and satisfactory condition.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Goods


  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please contact us by email or phone and provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective items.
  • We will make the necessary arrangements to have the goods returned to us. Upon inspection, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.


Liability


  • We shall not be liable for any further claims for loss arising from or in conjunction with the supply of unsatisfactory goods, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise.
  • Nothing in our returns policy affects your statutory rights.
